You can create checklists with the number of rights of way you want, the corporate events involved. To do this, you must access your checklists, then you can create a new list. You will have to determine the name of this new list, the color to find you there, the number of rights of passages which will benefit by default the participants added to this list and to select the concerned events.
Edit a checklist
Once you are in your checklists, you can modify one of your lists by clicking on the notched wheel in the corresponding line. Once your changes are made and saved, the access rights of the participants will be changed instantly and the control terminals will be automatically updated if they are connected to the internet.
Search for participants by list and manual composting
When you are in your checklists, you can see the participants in this list by clicking on the three little guys near the cogwheel. You can then check their passage on a checkpoint or compile their ticket manually.
Enable / disable / delete lists
Enable / disable: Checklists can be turned off or on again to appear in the control application.
Deletion: you can delete the checklists.
Warning: deleting a list removes the rights of participants attached to this list and the history of control data related to this list.
Archive checklists
Event checklists are archived automatically when:
You close your event yourself
Your event has ended more than 24 hours
The meeting of your event has been going on for more than 48 hours
You can consult your archived lists by clicking on the button "Show archived lists". To reactivate an archived list, click its status again to edit it.

2. Operator management

To manage your operators, event management can select the tab operators from your area access control .
Operators are identifiers dedicated to access control. They are requested when launching the application only. It is possible to create as many operator profiles as desired. The same profile can be used to connect to multiple control or mobile terminals at the same time.
The creation of operator guarantees the security of your account. Indeed, an operator can not connect to your account with the identifiers that you have sent him.
Create identifiers
The name allows you to easily name and manage your users if you create more than one.
The e-mail ID and password are used to connect to the control application and the terminals available for rent.
By default, each operator can access all your checklists. If you wish you can select and modify at any time the lists authorized for each operator.
Controlled notes report
To view your reports, go to the Reports tab from your access control area.
The interest of carrying out ticket checks with our solutions in addition to avoiding fraud is to be able to obtain statistics about your event.
Participation report
This report is a CSV (Excel) export from the list of all participants informing about their passage through the different checkpoints.
The file contains: the participant's contact information, the name of the event, the rate, and each of the checklists. For each of the checklists, the number of passes is indicated.
This document allows you to have a trace ability of the banknotes checked and to draw statistics.
History of scans
This is a complete history of composting done in CSV (Excel) format. Use this data to generate, for example, statistics on the hours of passage of your participants.
The file contains, in particular: the bar code number, the name of the checklist, the name of the event, the fare, the coordinates of the participant, and the date and time of composting.
